I recently reviewed this item negatively because I never received it. Well, I had to change my rating to 5 stars because, as it turns out, the store, Gentle Carry, responded back promptly when I reached out to them about my order. They searched it and discovered the tracking information ended at some point during transit. It was determined that the package was legitimately lost. They were very apologetic and offered to re-ship the item or fully refund it. I requested a refund and it was processed shortly thereafter. Although I was disappointed my order was lost, I was genuinely pleased with this seller and the exceptional customer service I received. This is a trusted Shop store and I would not hesitate to try them again.
